I chose this hotel for attending a seminar and it provided all the necessary facilities, including a 24-hour business center and a snack bar/deli. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, with many restaurants and amenities nearby. it was a convenient and comfortable stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was a faster internet connection.

The location was excellent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Parque el Poblado. The staff was really helpful, always on hand when needed. I was happy, the triple room I booked came with jacuzzi, coffee plus a wonderful shower.

My recent stay at Zona A was overall enjoyable. The location was great, within walking distance to many attractions and away from the noisy streets. The staff was helpful and the hotel was new and clean. I appreciated the provided breakfast, which saved me the trouble of finding a place to eat in the morning. The WiFi was also reliable, especially since I was located near the common area.

I was upgraded to a new-fashioned room with jacuzzi. The hotel had a good location steps away from Lokkus Contemporary Art. The area was quiet very close to so many restaurants and the centre of town and great cafes.

The bathroom was quite small, I didn't like it.

As young people, we loved the convenient location within walking distance of shopping, nightlife, and the art market.
